The Women’s Resource Center (WRC) has an opening for a full time Teen Educator who will educate area teens and young adults on safety and risk reduction for dating violence, sexual violence, domestic violence, trafficking and stalking in collaboration with other community agencies. The primary role will be to facilitate the Safe Dates program in area schools using an evidence based curriculum and assist teen and young adult victims of sexual and domestic violence, dating violence, trafficking and stalking who participate in the Safe Dates program. Qualified candidates will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Education, or related Human Services field and have experience and skill in working with teens and/or victims of domestic violence and/or sexual assault. Additionally, candidates must demonstrate skill in public speaking, written and verbal communication, and facilitation and/or conflict resolution.
