The Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Foundation has made a transformative investment in WRC’s future, awarding a $1 million grant in 2025 and pledging an additional $500,000 if we raise the same amount by the end of 2026. As we mark 50 years of impact, we know this goal is within reach thanks to the generosity of our donors and community. Join us in helping unlock this additional $500,000 and expand our impact.

That WRC, Inc. has an endowment? It was started in 2022 and has grown by over 35% since its inception.
Donors have an opportunity to donate through the Pennsylvania Department of community and Economic Development’s Educational Tax Credit Program (EITC) and receive up to a 90% tax credit on their personal or business Pennsylvania State Income Tax Return. Simply put, the EITC program allows donors to increase their gifts to organizations, such as WRC, Inc., and enjoy a significant tax credit for doing so.
