Healing takes time, but you don’t have to do it alone. We offer compassionate support and practical assistance through trauma informed empowerment counseling, support groups, and more to be a source of strength throughout your journey.

In addition to training and prevention programs, WRC also has counselors who work specifically with middle and high school aged youth who have experienced dating or sexual violence, stalking, or human trafficking.

Individual Counseling

One-on-one sessions with trained counselors to help you process your experiences, develop coping strategies, and set goals for the future.

Support Groups

Peer support groups where survivors can share their stories, offer mutual support, and gain strength from each other’s experiences.

Crisis Counseling

Immediate, short-term counseling to help you navigate a crisis and develop a safety plan.

Referrals to Therapy

While we do not offer therapy, we can connect you with trusted therapists and mental health professionals in the community.

Informational Groups

Workshops and seminars on topics such as trauma recovery, self-care, and building healthy relationships.

Resource Coordination

Assistance in accessing community resources, such as healthcare, housing, and legal services, to support your overall well-being.
